Plains Boiler Service s a locally owned, full-service hydronic heating contractor in Sioux City, Iowa. We service all makes, models, types and styles of boilers, burners, hot water generators, softeners and boiler room and process equipment. Established in 1995 and a growing force in the mechanical contracting and service markets, our manpower is experienced in all phases and our fleet is geared for quick response should a problem arise.
Our company is guided by owner Jeff Reinders, whose overriding business philosophy is honesty with his customers. The work history of Reinders and his team spans several decades with experience in all aspects of boiler installation and repair, including service contract management. This experience backs our theory that there is “No problem that cannot be solved.”
Even with Plain Boilder’s modern technologies, updated materials and up-to-the minute service practices, there is still a part of Plains Boiler that remains old-fashioned with our dedication to craftsmanship, quality and absolute customer satisfaction. Writcorp
A division of Plains Boiler Service, Writcorp is a stocking distributor of steam and hydronic systems components. We offer free delivery, although some restrictions may apply.
Boilers – High and low pressure steam, high and low pressure hot water boilers and thermal fluid heaters.
Hot Water Heaters - Direct and indirect fired domestic hot water heaters.
Burners – Natural gas, propane, methane, fuel oil and combination burners, forced draft and atmospheric.
Boiler Room Equipment – Condensate receivers, boiler feed systems, vacuum pumps, deaerators, blowdown separators, expansion tanks, compression tanks, boiler feed pumps and circulating pumps.
Water Treatment Equipment – Water softeners, filters. R.O. systems, chemical feeders and boiler chemicals.
Steam System Components – Steam traps, control valves, pressure regulators, isolation valves, radiator valves, vents, vacuum breakers, radiators, convectors and unit heaters/
Hydronic Systems Components – Radiators, convectors and unit heaters, radiant underfloor and snow melting systems, radiant panels and hair handlers.
Parts, Controls and Supplies – Gas regulators, gas valves, pressure switches, temperature and pressure controls, relief valves, thermometers, temperature and pressure gauges, boiler parts, burner parts and instrumentation, new, used and refurbished equipment.
